The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of project management or industrial PM experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Education (Preferred).
• Proven work experience as an Industrial PM or similar role; 2 years of project managing in construction preferred.
• Experience with Estimating.
• Proficient with computers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget and schedule compliance.
• Bid management with estimators to ensure profitable projects.
• Maintain project documentation, submittals, and change orders.
• Develop and manage schedules and budgets for timely completion.
• Coordinate resources and subcontractors; communicate with clients and teams.
