Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Houston is seeking a Project Manager, Construction to independently manage mid- to large-scale projects, serving as the primary contact for owners and clients. You will own budgets, schedules, and vendor performance to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery to Lincoln's quality standards.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture, 5+ years of commercial construction experience, strong contract and budget knowledge, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction and/or tenant improvement projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and building codes.
• Vendor and contractor management and negotiation experience.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Procore and MS Project.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for owners, clients, and stakeholders on assigned projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules with regular status reporting.
• Select and manage architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors.
• Review contracts, bids and change orders to stay within budget.
• Oversee construction document review, permitting, and approvals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, schedule, and safety.
• Oversee pay applications, invoicing, and project accounting.
• Identify risks and issues and escalate to leadership as needed.
• Lead project closeout, including punch lists and warranties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
