Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Construction Project Manager to drive ground-up development and new construction initiatives. You will lead the execution, oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and contractor performance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications include 5+ years on similar projects, 3+ years leading teams, strong planning, communication, and relationship-building with stakeholders. Onsite role with robust benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working on ground-up construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years managing a team and subcontractors.
• Strong time management, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized with excellent planning and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication and delegation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with teams, subcontractors and owners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for development and new construction by reviewing plans and supervising contractors.
• Monitor budget by reconciling invoices, reviewing financials, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Develop and manage project timetable and adjust for delays to meet deadlines and budget.
• Oversee site work, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to specs and plans.
• Provide progress updates to leaders, partners, and project contacts in a timely manner.
• Assist in assembling onsite team and managing performance per company policies.
• Complete HR, financial, administrative, and other required reports and analyses.
