Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large development and construction projects, coordinating planning, budgeting, and communications with equity partners and executives. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on 2+ ground up construction projects.
• Strong organizational, time management and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Critical thinker and self-starter capable of working with limited guidance and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee expansive development and large construction projects by reviewing plans, supervising site personnel, and managing budget and expenses.
• Participate in planning meetings, review scope of work, timeline, and schedule to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Review bids from contractors, negotiate contracts, and arrange materials and services.
• Recommend change orders and amendments to plans and budgets where needed.
• Monitor construction site work, perform quality checks, and resolve issues affecting schedule.
