Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our Mountain View, CA location. You will lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, coordinating design, permitting and construction with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of project management, and familiarity with MEPSF systems. Proficiency in Clarizen, Procore, and Google Suite is preferred. Travel to project sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project or construction management experience.
• 3+ years experience managing technical infrastructure related to MEPSF systems preferred.
• PMP certification or ability to pursue.
• Solid understanding of construction industry terminology, codes, docs.
• Proficiency with Google Suite; Clarizen and Procore experience.
• Willing/able to travel; on-site client-facing position.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional infrastructure improvement projects from scope to delivery.
• Coordinate with Client’s Technical Services Team and stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Develop ROM estimates for funding approval and maintain master project schedules/budgets.
• Ensure plans, scope, work structure, schedule, and budget are adhered to by all parties.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors through bidding and selection.
• Monitor progress via site visits, procurement tracking, and contractor performance reviews.
• Lead project meetings, capture minutes, track deliverables, and review drawings across phases.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; oversee contracts and close-outs.
• Provide leadership, communication, and accountability with all stakeholders; ensure permits and approvals.
• Conduct value engineering based on Client Basis of Design and site conditions.
• Produce project reporting and KPI updates; support program improvements and client satisfaction.
