Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordination professional for our Mountain View, CA area. You will manage RFI logs, submittals, procurement, and weekly look-ahead reports to support Construction Managers and Project Managers on commercial projects.

You will leverage Procore, e-Builder, and MS Project, coordinating with designers, vendors, and clients. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of project support experience in construction, with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project and construction management technology (e.g., e-Builder, Procore, MS Project).
• Knowledge of RFI, submittal, and change order processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce documentation CM/PM review-ready.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and age the RFI log and submittal register, routing items for review and closure.
• Manage construction management technology; keep project tasks up to date and accurate.
• Support bid package assembly for Preconstruction Manager with scopes, bid docs, and spreadsheets.
• Track POs and maintain procurement and long-lead log; produce weekly reports for review.
• Coordinate AHJ permitting submissions and inspection scheduling; support BIM/CAD coordination.
