Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Operations Lead in Mountain View, CA to oversee day-to-day project operations and manage a hybrid team of six local specialists and three remote members. The role ensures CAPEX and OPEX activities run smoothly, aligns cross-functional efforts, and instills standard operating procedures across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project operations and strong leadership, financial governance, and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project operations, facilities management, capital project coordination, or PMO administration with leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, DocuSign, contract/PO management software, and procurement platforms.
• Financial acumen: tracking budgets, reviewing Task Orders/SOWs, change management, invoice alignment.
• Demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to manage a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and standardization across CAPEX and OPEX initiatives.
• Establish QA/QC protocols for funding requests and SOWs; guide PMO on policies and compliance.
• Support change management reviews; document design modifications with formal approvals.
• Audit operational outputs for data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Directly manage six local Operations Specialists and three remote team members; oversee workload and performance.
• Serve as POC for Client Finance; facilitate funding approvals and cross-team communication.
