Job summary

C&S Companies is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager for Commercial Industrial projects to support the Project Management and Pre-Construction teams. You will coordinate submittals, RFIs, and change orders, while coordinating with subcontractors and the site team.

This full-time onsite role requires experience with Procore and MS Project, and a degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is a plus. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bluebeam and Procore system experience required.
• MS Project scheduling experience required.
• Basic knowledge of construction plans, specs and scope of services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Full time onsite representation.
• Assist the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in project administration.
• Maintain project schedule via submittals, RFIs and procurement coordination.
• Manage submittal log and coordinate drawings with subs and Superintendent.
• Coordinate subcontractor compliance with contract documents.
• Assist with scopes of work, bid package development and scope validation.
• Prepare and submit owner-required close-out documents and coordinate training.
• Record meeting minutes and manage logs in Procore.
