Job summary

You will track scope changes, generate RFIs and submittals, update schedules and drawings, coordinate deliveries, and keep detailed daily logs and weekly photo records to support project progress.

Qualifications

• Clear communication is essential.
• Concrete and masonry experience is preferred.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable and punctual with deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Acrobat, Outlook).
• Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM onsite and in office with project tasks.
• Track scope changes and alert PM to changes.
• Generate and track RFIs, submittals, updated drawings and sketches.
• Update scheduling, deliveries, lead times, dependencies and changes.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries with suppliers.
• Provide weekly timeline updates to PM.
• Support site safety program alongside PM.
• Keep daily logs of work and delivery logs.
• Support labor management and daily crew sign-in.
• Create, coordinate and manage weekly photo log of projects.
