Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager/Administrator to supervise the Electronic Health Record Modernization infrastructure upgrades at the West Haven VA Medical Center.

The role is on-site for the full duration of the 3-year project, covering planning, scheduling, QA/QC, and contract administration. The successful candidate will manage daily activities, coordinate with the Contracting Officer and COR, and ensure all work complies with contract requirements, safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction CM/administration or related field experience.
• Experience supporting government contracts or VA projects is a plus.
• Ability to monitor quality assurance, safety, time, and cost on complex construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site CM-CA support for EHRM construction project.
• Assist in scheduling, design reviews, and cost control activities.
• Maintain project records, change orders, and RFI responses.
• Lead or participate in progress meetings and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.
