ISI Professional Services seeks a Construction Manager to provide onsite construction management leadership for the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrade at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. You will serve as the Task Order Site Lead and primary contact for ISI personnel on this contract.

The ideal candidate is a senior construction professional capable of leading a multidisciplinary team in a live healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Education may be substituted by 15 years of directly related construction management experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing facility construction projects including oversight of engineering, design and construction activities.
• Demonstrated experience with schedule control, cost management, and program budgeting.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in complex healthcare or IT environments.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and project management tools.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful work status; VA credentialing requirements apply.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Task Order Site Lead and liaison with VA COR.
• Manage daily operations of ISI construction management personnel on the project.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change order evaluations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review construction schedules to align with VA milestones.
• Provide direction for cost control, document management, and reporting.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and reporting to VA leadership.
• Support commissioning, activation, and close-out activities.
