Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator (CM-CA) to be on-site at the Jack C. Montgomery VAMC in Muskogee, OK for the EHRM infrastructure upgrades.

The role covers project management, scheduling, design reviews, QA/QC, and coordination with contractors. Responsibilities include supporting the Contracting Officer and COR, conducting progress meetings, maintaining records, and managing documentation and change orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of construction field experience.
• Experience monitoring construction for Quality Assurance.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and identify deficiencies in the contractor's work.
• Understand baseline scheduling and cost/value assessment.
• Ability to conduct progress meetings and document actions.
• Strong communication and data-record keeping skills.
• Familiarity with site operations of General and Sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site CM-CA support for EHRM construction project.
• Assist the Contracting Officer and COR in project management activities.
• Review schedules, design reviews, code compliance, testing, QA/QC.
• Maintain daily logs and progress meetings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and owner-supplied equipment.
• Prepare change orders and RFI responses.
