Job summary

APSI Construction Management is seeking a Construction Manager/Administrator to oversee EHRM infrastructure upgrades at Cheyenne VAMC, on-site for a 2-year contract. You will support the VA CO and COR in planning, scheduling, cost control, and design reviews.

The role requires 3+ years of CM field experience, OSHA 30, QA, and strong coordination with general/subcontractors. On-site duties include progress meetings, RFI reviews, and project documentation to ensure quality and schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of construction field experience with CM tasks.
• Completion of 30-hour OSHA Safety Training within 60 days of NTP.
• Working knowledge of QA, safety, time, cost, change and information management.
• Experience presenting three projects of similar scale and difficulty.
• Ability to utilize software to monitor, update, and produce construction records.

Responsibilities

• On-site CM-CA for the duration of EHRM construction at Cheyenne VAMC.
• Assist VA CO and COR in project management, planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Review construction documents and monitor quality and conformance with contracts.
• Conduct or attend weekly/bi-weekly progress meetings and assist in progress tracking.
• Maintain thorough records of actions, contracts, and construction-related matters.
