Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager/Administrator to support the Electronic Health Record Modernization project at Cheyenne VAMC. This on-site role oversees construction operations, QA, scheduling, cost control, and coordination with VA officials.

You will work with the Contracting Officer and PM team, review designs, manage submittals, and ensure safety and code compliance across a 2-year site program starting Oct/Nov 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of construction field experience on CM tasks.
• Completion of 30-hour OSHA Safety Training within 60 days of NTP.
• Working knowledge of construction practices for QA, safety, time, cost, change and information management.
• Present three projects of similar scale and difficulty.
• Strong communication, language and software skills to monitor and produce work products.

Responsibilities

• On-site CM-CA oversight for the EHRM construction project.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, design reviews, cost control and QA/QC.
• Attend weekly/bi-weekly progress meetings; review contractor payments.
• Maintain thorough project records for VA and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate testing/inspection services and submittals; manage changes.

Education

Technical degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
