Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction related field and at least 5 years commercial construction experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of subcontractors' scopes of work and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures and staffing requirements based on project specs and timelines.
• Develop and use look ahead schedules with Project Manager.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and mobilization with the Project Manager.
• Direct procurement of tools and materials to meet schedules.
• Maintain progress updates with clients and subcontractors; liaise with craft personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality, and company policies are followed on site.
• Move personnel between projects to manage labor costs.
