Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide onsite full-time Customer Service and Concierge Desk/Conference Center support at our McLean, VA location. The role offers high client visibility and opportunities for promotion based on performance.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing service requests, and facilitating conference room reservations and setups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all telephone, walk-in, and electronic inquiries for assistance.
• Tracks and monitors service requests to ensure each is accurate, completed and closed in a timely manner.
• Creates meeting reservations and configures conference rooms per individual requests.
• Provides support to conference center attendees, including identifying supplies, operating equipment, and conference setup/breakdown.
• Ensures conference rooms are clean and void of classified materials at day’s end.
• Performs other administrative duties as needed.
