Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years concierge experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Video conferencing experience is a plus.
• Ability to make independent and high-quality decisions.
• Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.

• Manage conference room reservations with attention to start/end times and attendee needs.
