Element Fleet Management is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support a vehicle deployment program. This onsite role focuses on accurate documentation, timely compliance decisions, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, agencies, and vendors to safeguard readiness.

You will manage high-volume workflows for titles, registrations, permits, and related documents, and ensure records are audit-ready with strong attention to detail and proactive communication.

Formación

• Experience in regulated, deadline-driven operations and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a high-visibility client environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume, sensitive documents with accuracy and discretion.
• Understanding of compliance documentation, registration processes, and data integrity controls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage intake, validation, scanning, secure storage, and chain-of-custody for titles, registrations, permits, insurance, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, investigate discrepancies, and elevate risks with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate registrations, renewals, transfers, and permits across jurisdictions, ensuring documents are complete and accurate.
• Prepare and quality-check vehicle-specific compliance packets for deployment readiness.
• Package, label, ship, and track packets; resolve exceptions affecting onsite or downstream operations.
• Receive and track license plates, permits, and compliance inventory; ensure audit readiness.
• Communicate status updates and resolution plans with client contacts, agencies, and vendors; identify ways to improve accuracy and turnaround time.
