Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) in North Canton, Ohio is seeking a Compensation HRIS Analyst to manage our HRIS dashboard for pay changes, position changes, and terminations, and provide compensation reporting to leadership. You will support and train managers during merit planning, and develop training materials to reduce errors and improve efficiency.

You will use market survey tools to price jobs, manage unemployment claims, and work with payroll, benefits, recruiting, safety and department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 1 year relevant Compensation/HR experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• HRIS experience; Paycom experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer the HRIS dashboard for pay changes, position changes and terminations.
• Provide compensation reporting to leadership and support/train managers during merit planning.
• Develop training materials for managers and users to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Research market pricing using market survey tools and analyze job worth.
• Manage unemployment claims and research accuracy of claims.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, recruiting, safety and department leaders.
