Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group in North Canton, OH seeks an HRIS and Compensation Specialist to administer our HRIS dashboard for pay changes, position changes and terminations. You will provide compensation reporting to leadership and train managers during merit planning.

You will develop training materials, use market survey tools to price jobs, and manage unemployment claims while partnering with payroll, benefits, recruiting, safety and department leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of compensation/HR experience.
• Strong Excel skills and numerical acumen.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paycom a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer our HRIS dashboard for pay, position changes and terminations.
• Provide compensation reporting to leadership.
• Train managers during merit planning; create training materials.
• Conduct market research using survey tools to price jobs.
• Manage unemployment claims and prepare information for claims.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, recruiting, safety, field HR and leaders.
• Maintain data integrity in the HR database and HRIS approvals.
• Support bonus plan administration as needed.
