Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) in North Canton, OH is seeking an HR Compensation Analyst to manage the HRIS dashboard for pay/position changes and terminations. You will deliver compensation reporting to leadership and train managers during merit planning.

You will develop training materials, research market prices using survey tools, and handle unemployment claims while supporting multiple departments to ensure data integrity and effective pay practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 year of compensation or HR experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems; Paycom experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop training materials for managers and users.

Responsibilities

• Administer HRIS dashboard for pay changes, position changes and terminations.
• Provide compensation reporting to leadership and support merit planning.
• Develop training materials for managers and users to reduce errors.
• Research and market price jobs using market survey tools.
• Manage unemployment claims and support claim accuracy.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, recruiting, safety and department leaders.
