Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) is seeking a Customer Administration Specialist to manage customer agreements and ensure accurate system data for billing and operations. Candidates must excel in working with data, possess strong Excel skills, and reside in Northeast Ohio as this position is on-site in North Canton, OH.

This role involves auditing pricing information, generating contract reports, and collaborating across departments to maintain data quality. Ideal candidates have experience in pricing or contracts and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, contract, or related customer experience (2 years).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of other Microsoft Programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and audit new and existing Customer Data into TMW.
• Evaluate Customer Agreements and configure Invoicing and Settlement Tariffs/Rates.
• Calculate and document required Tariff/Rate increases.
