Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer and pre-employment processing.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Post open positions, source candidates through multiple channels, review applications and conduct phone screens.
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
• Extend offers, communicate with candidates, and create offer/rejection letters.
• Submit background checks and coordinate pre-employment drug screening.
• Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador throughout recruiting.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and follow processes/timelines.
