Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Community Manager to oversee one apartment community, driving resident relations and staff performance. You will lead leasing, budgeting, and operations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills, with on-site responsibilities and collaboration with maintenance and marketing teams. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player with professional communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Drive performance, provide feedback, and coordinate with HR on disciplinary actions.
• Conduct ongoing office training on leasing paperwork and safety.
• Motivate staff with recognition programs and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
