RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations at a multi-family apartment community. The candidate will lead staff, supervise onboarding and training, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering exceptional resident service.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of property management experience in multifamily housing. Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 1-2 years of related experience acceptable.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, management skills, and team leadership ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and annual assessments.
• Drive team to hit performance indicators and address underperformance with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
