Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience is required.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, and appraisals.
• Drive performance and manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
• Provide ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and operations.
• Promote resident satisfaction and timely response to service requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt service and adherence to standards.
