Job summary

Z Modular in Marble Falls, TX is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily apartment-community operations. You will handle administrative tasks, process rents, communicate with residents, and assist leasing and renewals to maintain accurate lease files.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with 2–5 years in property management or leasing. CAM or CALP is a plus; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in property management, leasing, or admin support in residential settings.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with rent collection, lease files, and resident communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and maintain efficient office workflows.
• Respond to resident inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Process rents, issue late notices, and support policy enforcement.
• Assist leasing and renewals, coordinate tours and inspections, maintain lease files.
• Schedule move-ins/outs, conduct unit inspections, ensure unit readiness.
• Process invoices, monitor budget adherence, and maintain financial records.
• Communicate with vendors and track service requests/work orders.
• Act as on-site lead when Community Property Manager is absent.
• Maintain resident files and ledgers per Fair Housing laws and lease rules.
