Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily multifamily operations, leasing, and resident relations in Texas. You will lead onsite teams, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with housing laws while driving occupancy and renewals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily management, strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with Yardi, AppFolio or RealPage. CAM/ARM/CPM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management with leadership in leasing and operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio or RealPage software; Fair Housing knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily community operations including leasing and resident services.
• Lead onsite team to meet performance standards and budgets.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, and resident retention.
• Monitor rental income, delinquencies, expenses, and financials.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
