Job summary

Zekelman Industries in Marble Falls, TX, seeks an Assistant Community Property Manager to support daily operations, rent processing, resident communications, and budgeting tasks. You will help maintain leasing files, coordinate tours and inspections, and ensure timely service delivery across the property.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of property management or leasing experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Excel and Yardi. Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CAM or CALP designation is a plus.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily property operations and office workflow.
• Responds to resident inquiries and maintains professional communication.
• Processes rent payments and supports collection policies.
• Supports leasing and renewal processes with tours and file maintenance.
• Manages move-ins/move-outs and unit inspections.
• Tracks invoices and maintains financial records.
• Coordinates service requests and tracks work orders.
• Acts as on-site lead in the absence of the Community Property Manager.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing laws and lease requirements.
