Job summary

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support our Community Manager in multifamily housing operations at properties across the United States. You will assist with leasing, customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of onsite experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant, and holds CAM or ARM certification. Strong resident relations skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' onsite Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant experience in multifamily housing or similar.
• CAM or ARM certification.
• Must possess ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise community associates under the Community Manager.
• Support customer service and leasing activities.
• Assist leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments or concessions to the Community Manager.
• Review resident files and accounting records for delinquencies; communicate with residents.
• Assist in resident loyalty and retention initiatives.
• Organize daily work and community operations.
• Collect, post, and deposit rents and security deposits.
• Support budgeted occupancy and collections.
