Job summary

Inframark seeks a seasoned leader to direct Community Management Services across multiple associations. You will drive client satisfaction, grow portfolio, and ensure operational excellence while managing budgets and staffing.

Lead Area Managers and Supervisors, develop training paths, standardize SOPs, and sustain executive relationships with Boards and developers. A Bachelor's degree is required; Master’s preferred, PCAM helpful.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in community/property management with significant multi-site leadership.
• Proven client relationship, financial, and operational excellence track record.
• PCAM preferred; exceptional communication and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for client retention, service quality, and growth.
• Lead Area Managers and Supervisors; build training, career paths, and succession plans.
• Standardize SOPs, technology adoption, and risk management; monitor compliance with contracts and laws.
• Own executive relationships with key Boards/developers; resolve escalations and negotiate renewals.
• Manage budgets and staffing models; forecast capacity and growth needs.
• Publish KPIs and QBRs; drive continuous improvement programs.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
