Responsibilities

• Oversee loss prevention, risk management, safety, and maintenance.
• Direct leasing strategy and revenue collection.
• Guide on-site maintenance and leasing teams.
• Maintain resident relations and respond to repair requests.
• Review monthly financial statements and variances.
