Job summary

Asset Living in Colorado is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee the operations of a residential community on-site under the Regional Manager.

You will supervise all on-site staff, ensure effective leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, and drive resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance with safety and Fair Housing guidelines. This role demands strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and daily on-site presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years’ housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Able to perform on-site software tasks; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site housing community operations under Regional Manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Prepare weekly/daily office and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Address resident complaints and implement retention programs.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
