Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Daily attendance on-site is required, with responsibilities including scheduling, coaching, and performance management to maintain a cohesive team and a high standard of community service.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Use consistent techniques & company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure the effectiveness of staff through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance in compliance with Asset training benchmarks.
• Complete weekly/daily office & maintenance staff schedules and assignments.
• Deal effectively and consistently with performance problems; document adequately, communicate with direct supervisor and HR, and terminate appropriately when necessary.
