Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration under the Regional Manager, ensuring safety and adherence to policies while driving resident satisfaction and revenue growth.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and leasing skills, with a focus on compliance, training, and customer service in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing housing communities or properties.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Monitor rent collections and deposits timely.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Plan and execute leasing marketing strategies.
• Lead emergency response and safety procedures.
• Ensure property safety and compliance with policies.
