Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Lincoln, NE to oversee all operations of a housing community. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires on-site leadership, ability to manage budgets, and a focus on resident satisfaction. A high school diploma is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and CAM/ARM credentials are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and leasing operations.
• Develop and manage staff schedules and assignments.
• Monitor financial performance and compliance with budgets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
