Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the on-site operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage all phases of operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, with Bachelor’s degree preferred and CAM/ARM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements a plus.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and staff development.
• On-site supervision of leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident relations.
