Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community and lead staff, leasing, and maintenance. You will manage budgets, risk, and resident relations while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and leasing skills, with CAM/ARM preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is valued, along with basic computer skills and knowledge of housing laws.

Qualifications

• On-site leadership experience in property management
• CAM or ARM certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or four years housing industry experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts
• Monitor rent collections and vendor invoices
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety compliance
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention through programs and leasing activities
