Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in housing-related field or 4 years housing experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite operations of the housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finance, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and monitor deposits, rent collections, and invoices.

Education
