Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of on-site operations, budgets, and resident services. You will lead the site team, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a high standard of living for residents in a five-day-in-office setting.

Requirements include a BA/BS and 5+ years in residential property management, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong budgeting, communication skills, and knowledge of housing laws are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years in progressive residential property management, 2+ in supervisory role.
• COS/LIHTC/ARM or similar designations preferred.
• Experience with regulatory programs and Federal Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Oversee property maintenance, audits, and risk management.
• Ensure compliant with Fair Housing Laws and policies.
• Provide excellent resident service and community engagement.
