Five days a week in the office is required, with some travel for inspections and audits. Prior experience in multi-family or related sectors is preferred, along with knowledge of housing laws and software like Yardi.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years in progressive Residential Property Management or related field.
• Experience in supervisory or management role (2+ years).
• Familiar with housing programs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage operating budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Maintain curb appeal, unit readiness, and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and coordinate communications.
• Lead and develop on-site team; support HR evaluations.
• Be available for emergencies, on-call duties, and weekend events.
