Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 5+ years in progressive property management.
• Experience managing budgets and operating reports.
• Familiarity with fair housing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Oversee upkeep of curb appeal, inspections, and maintenance for risk management.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with residents and staff.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members.
• Attend trainings and emergencies as needed.
