Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all phases of on-site operations, manage budgets, and lead the site team to deliver a quality living environment for residents.

This role ensures regulatory compliance, adheres to TCB policies, and maintains strong community relations. Based in a five-days-in-office setting, the candidate will coordinate with the Regional Director and property team, drive performance, and provide superior customer service while

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Property Management or related field required; 5+ years in progressive property management roles.
• 2+ years in supervisory/management roles preferred.
• COS/LIHTC/ARM/CPMC designations are a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets and billing processes.
• Oversee property maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and coordinate communications.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate site team members; collaborate with HR.
• Attend trainings, seminars, and conferences; support on-call duties and weekends.
