Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager in Minnesota to oversee all phases of property operations, manage budgets, and lead the on-site team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years in progressive residential property management with supervisory experience.
• Strong budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of federal housing laws and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with Yardi or similar property management software; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Oversee property upkeep, inspections, and risk management documentation.
• Provide outstanding resident service and manage site communications.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate on-site team; support HR processes.
• Respond to emergencies, weekends, and on-call duties as needed.
