Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all property operations under the Regional Director.

The role emphasizes maximizing cash flow, maintaining assets, and delivering a high-quality living environment with superior resident service. You will manage budgets, supervise the on-site team, coordinate leases and compliance with housing laws, and ensure timely reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years in residential property management or related field.
• COS, LIHTC, ARM® or CPMC® designations preferred.
• 2+ years in supervisory/management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, billing processes, operating reports, and all accounting functions including invoicing and expense tracking.
• Oversee upkeep of the property curb appeal, annual inspections, market-ready units, safety and preventive maintenance; support audits/inspections.
• Provide outstanding resident service; coordinate communications and respond to requests, violations, or issues; foster community wellbeing.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members; provide coaching and HR recommendations.
• Attend trainings, seminars and conferences; be available for emergencies and weekends as needed.
