Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB) is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of on-site operations under the Regional Director of Property Management.

You will manage budgets, supervise the site team, and ensure a high quality living environment with strong resident services. Responsibilities include operating budgets, rent collection, compliance with housing laws, and coordination with Life staff and residents.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 5+ years in progressive Property Management roles
• Experience managing operating budgets and reporting
• Knowledge of federal housing laws and guidelines preferred
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets and billing processes
• Oversee property upkeep, inspections, and risk management
• Ensure exceptional resident service and communications
• Recruit, train, and coach site team and liaise with HR
• Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• Available for emergencies, on-call duties, weekends
