ASSOCIATED ASSET MANAGEMENT is seeking an Onsite Community Manager for Del Webb Point Hope in Charleston, SC. You will lead daily operations, engage residents, and coordinate social, wellness, and educational programs while ensuring governance compliance and strong owner relations.

Responsibilities include Board coordination, budgeting, contract management, and staff supervision. Requires HOA experience, budgeting knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience working with HOAs or other governing documents.
• Knowledge of budgets, financial administration and general accounting, preferably in HOA.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Manage the business of the association with the Board to maintain property values.
• Develop strong working relationships with board members and owners.
• Ensure compliance with laws and governing documents.
• Plan and conduct Board and annual membership meetings.
• Review monthly financials and manage accounts payable.
• Oversee contracts, bids, and insurance requirements.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate activities.
• Respond to incident reports and implement timely solutions.
