Job summary

AAM Brand is seeking an Onsite Community Manager for Del Webb Point Hope in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on leading day-to-day operations and creating an engaging community lifestyle for residents within a 22,000-square-foot clubhouse and resort-style amenities.

You will oversee association operations and compliance while coordinating social, wellness, cultural, and educational programming to keep the community thriving and residents connected.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage residents and staff.
• Strong time management to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail in budgeting, compliance and reporting.
• Facilities management experience for community centers and amenities.
• Experience working with HOAs or governing documents enforcement.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track tasks and results.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Board, manage the association's business to maintain property values and resident quality of life.
• Develop relationships with board members, committees and owners.
• Ensure compliance with laws and resale disclosure requirements.
• Oversee annual budget, financial statements and vendor invoices.
• Lead design review processes and communication with owners on compliance.
• Plan and support board and member meetings, including packages and notices.
• Supervise staff and coordinate management activities on site.
• Attend to incident reports and implement timely solutions.
