CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is hiring an On-site Community Manager for a condominium community in Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. You will liaise with the board, manage operations, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver high-level service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential property management, a property mgmt designation, and strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and Google Docs. Bachelor's degree preferred; CAI designation strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in residential property management.
• Residential property management designation
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Google documents
• Knowledge of basic accounting

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for the community and owners.
• Maintain leases and update portal postings.
• Coordinate Board communications and meetings with Board/Portfolio Manager.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling and documentation.
• Take Board meeting minutes and track action items.
• Ensure adherence to residential policies and guidelines.
