Job summary

Asset Living in Reno, NV seeks an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community, under the Community Manager. You will manage onsite staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include rent collection, budgeting support, and resident relations to optimize cash flow and occupancy. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to use onsite property management software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
